look who i met today,

and who totally loved me:
ignore the fact that they are slightly leaning away from me and that my head is tilted more towards edward. i'm definitely on team jacob. i mean please, when the decision is purely based on levels of attractiveness, jacob wins. based on personality, jacob wins. based on their humanity, jacob wins. the major and shared downfall which keeps them from perfection is that they are are both creepy; in the end, jacob falls in love with bella's baby, but edward is 80 years old, so you tell me who wins on that scale.

also ignore the fact that i am wearing (as my aunt calls it) my "uniform" - sweats from top to bottom. i know how to clothe myself appropriately in public, but today i just didn't care. deal with it. at least my sunglasses are cute.. despite the fact that it was cloudy today.

note the white-ish spot on my pants. it's sauce from a bean burrito, don't eat and drive. bummer.

jonathan, my good friend, let me come to fye with him today. he also took me on a scenic drive to make my day better. he's the best.

also, i read an interview with alicia keys in TIME magazine recently, while waiting for my car to be washed. they never told me it was finished so i sat there waiting for an hour, only to look out the window and see it gleaming in the sun where it had been for 45 minutes. anyway, the interview inspired me. especially the questions about school and about inner city kids listening to classical music.

other things that have happened lately:
me and my friend chris, enjoying late-night sparkling cider in his amazing car (it's a black mustang. i like it because of the leather and BEAUTIFUL sound system). notice his cool eyes, they're different colors.

i babysat my cousins for a few days. this is sophia. she calls me like this "my header, my header" and i melt.

ALSO, i bowled a TURKEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have always wanted to do that!!!!!!!!!!!! OH EM GEE (<-- i just said oh em gee!) i bowled a turkey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that's three strikes in a row, and they were my first three turns no less. i'm not usually good at bowling. i am in the 60-80 point range, but i will admit that once i bowled a 13, and another time (pictured above) i scored about 110.

found this statue of a moose in a cul-de-sac behind rock canyon park. WHY?

my old roommate cara had a peep jousting match...

those are the important highlights right now.
